If a customer requests a cancellation/refund of their order, the request has to be submitted within 12 hours post-purchase. If a request is submitted 12 hours past the time of purchase, the request will be denied by the seller.
Returns are accepted within 30-45 business days of delivery. Items must be returned in the original packaging, and unopened. Reason(s) for return must be stated for acceptance, including photos of untempered package. Any opened packages will not be accepted for a return.
For approved returns, the customer will receive a return shipping label to place on the packaging, and the refund will be processed once the package has been received by the seller.
